So my Dad, my Wife and I all have HTC 10 phones. Recently we've noticed that we've started to miss calls on the phones. The phone will ring for some numbers and not for others.
For example a delivery guy rang my phone last week and the phone rang no problem, however when my wife rings me, it only vibrates. There are no custom settings for her number. I've tweeted HTC but they haven't bothered to come back to me. I can assure that the phones are not on silent or vibrate only.
If anyone has any experience with this issue I'd be very grateful to hear from you.
