Im having all the issues other ppl on here are having its clearly htc and this phone i do not see as many complaints with the one x and one s , after the ota all google apps crash gmail google plus youtube and etc, and with other apps the screen gets stuck for a long time then reboots , im wondering if i root this phone will i have the same issues or not ....i was waiting for a jellybean rom came out before i rooted my phone but i might have too do it now

Rooting alone won't do anything substantial. Try doing a factory reset after backing up your data.

Rooting alone won't do anything substantial. Try doing a factory reset after backing up your data.

Rooting alone won't do anything at all to the behavior of the phone.

But it allows one the ability to then change/patch settings that do affect multitasking/memory management/task management.
