How to unroot after using Revolutionary unlock tool?

Ok so basically right after we got root, my refurbished started to have problems. First screen would go black and/or flicker. Took into sprint and they replaced the screen for me. Next day (today) I get to work, plug my phone up, go do some things around the lab, look at my phone about 2 hours later and it was at 19% I then noticed the led light wasn't on ans the phone wasn't charging. Called sprint on lunch, my buddy Will said he didn't have the parts to fix it and to have asurion send me a new replacement. So I will be getting a new phone tomorrow and I need to unroot it.


So does anybody have or know how to unroot after using the Revolutionary Tool?

Btw I'm wondering on how to get s-on. I know how to go back to stock just need the s-on.
