htc evo bricked keep on turning off every 5 minutes

Hi ,
My problem : htc evo got unroot don't know how
I just happend to select CLEAR STORAGE on the HBOOT menu
Now when i flash it with a ruu it keep on turning off every 5 mintues

I cannot even root it with revolutionary it gets stuck on "waiting for device "

I have tried everything that is mentioned on this forum
things like updating the drivers , placing the revolutionary in platform-tools folder

but nothing worked
Device details
HBoot version 2.10
radio verison 2.15....

windows 7

When connect my phone and select HBoot usb my device manager shows ADB interface
but when i try "adb devices " i just get list of devices attached nothing else

Please let me know what do i have to do get the phone working

Well, when you do type in "adb devices", only devices are supposed to show, it doesn't do anything other than show you what's connected via ADB. And as for your bootloader, is that unlocked or locked?

In your HBOOT, at the top, you should see a pink banner that says "***LOCKED (OOW)***, "***UNLOCKED***", OR "***RELOCKED***".

Hmm, how was the phone rooted? By "revolutionary" right? I've never heard of it, I usually root the device with a SuperUser Zip file and a custom recovery. If you wanna check to see if your phone is unlocked, you could check out trying to flash something in fastboot, like a custom recovery.
