Ok, I have a few songs that I downloaded from the Amazon MP3 store on my Palm PRE. Instead of copying the file from the PRE to my desktop, then from my desktop to my EVO, I just emailed the file to myself. I opened the email on my EVO and saved the MP3 file to the SD Card. I used ES File Explorer to move the file into the Music Folder. When I open the Music Player I can see the songs, but when I try to play them I get an error that says, "unable to play this type of audio file." Say wha?? Here's the kicker. From ES File Explorer I can long press the MP3 file(s) and select Open As>Audio and they plays through the frig'n media player on the phone. WTF?!? I also tried moving the MP3 files into the amazonmp3 folder and this didn't work either. MP3's from Amazon are DRM free, no? This is really weird and frustrating. Anyone else seen this or am I the luck winner?
