Missed Call Notification

Tried searching for this and couldn't find anything.
I have a weird bug on my EVO. I'm not sure if this is EVO only or across the OS.
If I get a missed call, and "clear" it or even tap it and go to it every thing functions as normal and it disappears from the notification shade. However, when I restart my phone, as soon as it starts back up, the missed call notification is there. It doesn't happen with any other notification.
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

That's how the phone function. Just a re-occurring notifications. I think Its kinda cool. You never can tell what could happen with your phone at that time.(i.e. battery failure, phone freezes and restart itself, etc.) This will notify you of miss call(s) at that time.
