With early editions of phones, and millions of units being shipped out, there are bound to be a few that have a glitch, or something not quite right.. You should be able to call Samsung and have that replaced under warranty..

That's a Bold Statement! You my friend, have a defective unit. Every manufacture has defective units. Even the all mighty Apple!!! I had to return 3 Iphones because of screen defects. It doesn't mean people shouldn't buy the S4......
