Hello, I have just bought an unlocked HTC One (Mexican edition) and I can't find the Sense TV app. It doesnt appear in the app grid, and when i search the app list in Settings, the only thing that pops up is SenseTV_Home. I called the HTC support center and they told me it might depend on the carrier to include this feature although they were not sure about that. I find that odd because Sense TV is clearly advertised as a built-in feature on the HTC website and everywhere else. The guy I talked to also told me that in addition to SenseTV_Home, he was able to find two more apps in the app manager when searching for "TV".
Could it be a software issue? As in they somehow forgot to include these two additional processes to the app list? If thats the case, how can I download them? Or is the IR blaster not included in the phone? Thanks for your answers.
