My One started dropping battery really fast one day and I tried restarting it to see if that would help and it wouldn't fully power back on. The red led would blink then the phone would just go black. It will power on when plugged in but it blinks the red led and has a red crossed out battery symbol.

It sounds like your batter might be bad on the phone. Have you tried using a different charger?

Sorry I completely forgot about this forum. I had tried everything for it. I even contacted the people I got it from. I had to use my old galaxy s2 for a while. Now I have a galaxy s5. It was probably just a bad buy from some less than reputable people.
