so, i wanted to try out twrp. not for me.. but idk how to get back to cwm rec..
i use rom manager. ive tried flashing cwm and i even purchasedcwm touch .
and anytime i try to boot into recovery twrp just seems to override it. and i don't like it.

Welcome to the forums. There is an app called Rashr on Play. That can flash CWM and a few others onto your device. (I haven't tried flashing CWM through this manner. CWM I agree is better but TWRP seems to better handle flashing ROMs.)

Easiest way is using fastboot commands, assuming you have a working adb/fastboot on your PC.
Put the .img file in the same directory as your fastboot setup, boot phone to bootloader and select fastboot, then from pc-
fastboot flash recovery nameofimgfile

Done
I have no problems flashing with TWRP though :).

Get flashify from the PlayStore the free version allows you 2 flashes a day, that should be plenty,.....lol
