I can't open any apps

[Android Central Question]

Htc one m8,
The phone was all good. But yesterday when the battery ran out I charged it and open it. Since then I can't open any apps. It takes restart when an app open or connect to wifi or cellular.
Pls help I also tried to factory reset. But all of the data still there and nothing happened.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but are you saying the phone is rebooting on its own frequently? How long did you charge it for before you powered it back on?
