How can I get the HTC One Mini t look for old SD programs now on the internal memory.

On my old Wildfire, I had a copy of the navigation program IGo8. By default this program was installed on the SD card. I have tried to install it on my new HTC One Mini but it doesn't have an SD card, only internal memory. The program hangs looking for the files on the SD card. Anyone know how to fix this issue which is likely to apply to some other programs as well?
