Tried completing my pre order claim this morning and the page wouldn't accept my post code and was responding really slowly.

The page is now down for maintenance, so hopefully it will work better when it's back up.

keep refreshing and it finally works. It somehow remembers where you were in the process and just continues on from there. I had to refresh pretty much after every step but I now have a confirmation email/sms so the claim is in place

Yeah just noticed that. It refreshed itself and fixed the postcode problem.

Went down whenever I went near it, in the morning, but I managed to submit my claim over lunch. Doubtless it will be caveated to death, so good luck everyone .

I made sure I uploaded additional documents from my purchase. Hopefully there won't be too many issues as my delivery not showed the order date before the release date.
