I am about to pull my hair out. I did everything listed at Howto: Root the HTC Droid Incredible – Technology – Jonamerica.com
Where is the hell do I find the superuser file. I dint see it on my SD card and its not on my hard drive. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

There's nothing in the instructions that speak to a "superuser" file.

If you achieve root on your device, you'll see a new application called "superuser permissions." If you download a program that requires root, it will ask you if you want to give it superuser permission.

Follow the directions for using the unrEVOked method. Once it gets started, it takes but a couple of seconds to see the word "done" on your computer screen. At that point, you have root.

You have installed the SDK kit on your computer's hard drive root directory, haven't you? If you don't have the drivers installed, it doesn't work.

If you follow those things you will be golden, or should be. If you don't see superuser etc you aren't rooted. Use the unRevoked tool and everything will be there for you.
