Need Help Phone dead after running Unrevoke

I attempted to take the plunge for to and after running unrevoke, not forever, my phone rebooted got to the HTC screen then went black. The program just says waiting for root, and the phone is off and will not turn on.

I got it back. Had to do a battery pull. Definitely doesn't look like anything was broken. It looks like nothing has changed from before my attempt. What should happen when I run unrevoke?

Have you installed the maintenance update for your phone? If you have and you are rooting for the first time (s-on) than you can not get root access just yet. The update blocked the exploit unrevoked uses, but the unrevoked team is working on another version of the program that will work with the maintenance update
