After feb. 26, my phone starts to behave badly.
First, i CAN'T download mp3s, photos, etc. on chrome and other browsers. When i try to download, it always says, "download paused" i also tried to "Resume" but none of it work.
Second, i CAN'T also download some apps on play store like Facebook, Snapchat, or any other apps with big file size (ex: 40mb and higher) but i can update some.
Everytime i try to install Facebook in play store, it shows no percentage of download or "Downloading..." Then no green line movement appears. In short, download pending. And after that, it says about error 492.
Third, i CAN'T view my .pdf,.pptx,.docx, etc. files from my laptop (same with when downloading the said file extensions). It also FAILED to receive files from SHAREit.
Fourth, i CAN'T view my pics from my gallery but it is enable from file explorer apps (e.g. ES file explorer, Xplorer, etc.)
Fifth, i CAN'T save docs, slides, sheets file in my phone.
Sixth, i CAN'T take screenshots. It always shows error/unsuccessful.
It's been almost a week since this happened. I tried everything like force stop/clear cache/data, remove my google account in my phone then sign in, disable and enable apps but none of them work.
Pls give me some solutions so that i can repair it by myself. it's been a year since using this smartphone. I need my phone go back to normal especially for my educational purposes.
