Using nova launcher and double tap to turn off

Does anybody I know if there's a way in nova launcher to double tap and turn off the phone ? I love this feature of the built-in launcher .

I can Knock On with Nova Launcher but it won't let me "Knock Off." It will Knock Off from the lock screen but not from Nova's home screen.
Small price to pay while using Nova, IMO.

It just occurred to me there are several apps out there that will turn off the screen. I just need to find the best one and launch it with a double tap.

If I remember correctly you can tap towards the top of the device to do it using nova launcher.

That is true but one of the main reasons to have a 3rd party launcher like Nova, at least for me, is the ability to hide the notification bar.
Waiting for the screen to go off by itself or hitting the power button does not bother me.

You need Nova prime then download screen off from play store and assign it to double tap in Nova settings.
