Where does this icon belong?

On my old phone I was using a non-stock phone app but I can't remember what it was called.

If you are referring to the phone handset icon, then it would be the stock phone icon, it appears you have an ASUS phone as well.

What you mean ASUS phone? It was the Verizon G4 VS986, not I have the H815.

I guess that's the default one for carriers, I don't have that one for my H815.

That's the new one I got since I switched to the H815. I was just wondering if carrier versions have that one instead of what we have.

Side note, does anyone have a GREAT media player to recommend? I love and use VLC on my PC but it seems on the phone, it's not that great.

Yep... that's the original stock phone icon from the default Android icon pack. We Nexus users know it well.

By the way, that's still the stock phone icon in 6.0 as well.
