Hi joyce, are u under what carrier? Verizon? ATT? You can call them... Or if not, you can call LG, and send them ur phone ,as long as you did not drop your phone you are covered for repair. Did u just upgrade ur phone to 5.1? Latest update is 7 which is Nougat.
