LG L90 How do you recover system apps!!??

I just recently upgraded to this phone, I didn't know some of the apps that I "disabled" and one I "stopped" were important or systems apps.. Somehow it affected my google play services too! I finally scrolled down to read what the apps have access to, mostly all of them have a highlighted icon of the android system that say change systems display settings towards the bottom. When I go to the android system app it just has the "force stop" option, how do I get back to "enable" this app and some others?? My phone is now a mess!! I've already gone as far as factory reset and there is still no option to enable them, PLEASE HELP!!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, and tap Reset All App Preferences. This should re-enable any disabled app. Now reboot, and see if the problem persists.
