need lg optimus m help

do you know anything about android phones? I need to find a odex file for the mediaprovider.apk on my optimus m. That among the few other problems happened after I rooted my phone. I was trying to get rid of bloatware and then I accidentally deleted files I wasn't supposed to. I don't want to reset the rom if I don't have too. it would be a while until I could. Until then my camera doesn't work my market will not update or let me download.

Also because our computer is kind of broke right now I don't have access to a computer to reformat the rom at the moment.

i cant get past the metro screen my recovery is messed up any idea how to fix?

Download whatever stock ROM you like (specifically one for the Optimus M), open it with your favorite file manager, hopefully you'll simply be able to locate the required files in a pretty obvious location.
