Nope. Never LG again.
Not being able to unlock the bootloader for certain regions is a deal breaker for me.

100% yes. But I'm still keeping my V20. The last of the removable batter and IR blaster duo. So I'll get the V30 as a temporary upgrade device and start upgrading more often again.

Not with that small, sealed battery, I won't. Might as well get the LG made Pixel 2 XL. I don't see any compelling reason to get the V30.

If it had a 4000 mAh battery and/or rear mounted volume buttons, I'd be interested. Right now? Not so much. In fact, not at all. I haven't had this little internet in an LG phone since the G5.

Nope. Removing features I want and use often, plus ensuring early obsolescence with a sealed battery is not my idea of an "upgrade."

Everything they did was an upgrade for me, except for two missing features. One of them mattered, the other didn't. So it's a most likely a yes for me

I'm waiting for V40. Too many features I'm giving up on my V20. If I need water resistance I pick up my girlfriend's G6

Nope. Sticking with my V20 until the Fall of 2019. I'm spoiled by being able to go from 0% to 100% in a minute by replacing the battery. B&H is selling the V20 for $350 now or about half of what I paid.

Same here. Keeping the V20 indefinitely. Not updating the phone software at all. The V30 will be my main phone but will carry around the V20 as well. Double the pleasure double the fun. V20 removable battery will be a useful feature when I'm traveling on foot.

For all the V20 users. Do you think V30 is a good upgrade? Or nah?
Let me know what you guys think

It's a good upgrade, but if you already have the V20, it's unnecessary. There's lots of features removed, but in exchange for a beautiful device with a better camera. I might get it, probably will wait though. Not trying to shell out $800 for it, probably will wait for a sale (Thanksgiving or Xmas/New Years).

I'm not ready to switch. It's a really nice device, but other than the upgraded camera lenses, I'm not seeing a reason to pay that much for it. For me it would have been a bit more compelling if it had an amoled screen for VR.

Yep! I got the V20 as a test device because I've never had an LG phone. I absolutely love it. slightly dissapointed in the low light camera.

camera should be great, oled display, and most important band 71 for t mobile. so end of the year or January will probably upgrade

I installed the Google Camera apk on my V20, and I'm impressed with the low light results so far.

I'm keeping the V20, since I haven't even had it a month yet.
