Phone/Market forgets I've paid for apps

On several occasions now, I've tried to open an app on my phone only to have it tell me that the app is not licensed or purchased. In those cases, if I browse the app in the Market, it does not show as paid.

I'm running Cynogen, so wipe and flash ROMs fairly often.

I have two Google accounts, a Google Apps account with my own domain, and a regular Gmail account. The Google Checkout account I use with the market is only attached to the regular Gmail account. (If you have two Google accounts on your phone, is it possible to designate one of them as "primary"?)

I also move installed apps to the SD card whenever App2SD tells me it's possible.

For exampl, two apps I just paid for last night, and then when I flashed Cyanogen 7 today, it wants me to pay for them again.

Is any one of those factors the likely culprit, or maybe a combination of them?

Paid apps are linked to the Google account used to purchase them. Try reinstalling the market.

Trying the new Nexus S market apk and it won't install over the old one. What's the best way to reinstall the Market then?
