Same boat here, if the 7a was a touch smaller and lighter I'd have bought it instantly but my 5 is still perfection for my daily usage.

Pixel 5 is still the perfect size and weight for me! Not trying to be something it's not, not trying to look better than it needs to be etc. Basic, simple and underrated.

I've got the fabric case and a bellroy leather case and think both are great! The leather feels so nice to hold, where as the fabric case has better button feel. Can recommend both.

The camera is the only real thing that lets this phone down, I'm happy with the rest of it but hopefully a future update will improve the camera app as the specs are decent but the outcome can be hit and miss.

Just buy a super long usb cable charging cable then you can yank the phone all you like the cable will remain in place and you can use the phone and charge at the same time.

Black one with the midnight case, looks great IMO. I've always had black phones, they don't go out of fashion so keep resale value and are always in stock compared to the others usually due to actual numbers manufactured in comparison.

Can I just ask why you bought the phone from them? Why not buy it from Google themselves? By the time you add in the hassle and extra shipping costs it's probably not any cheaper than new from Google.
