I'm on S7 edge. When my call connects there is an "Extra Volume" button if that's what you're talking about.

S8 looks like a beautiful phone, and if I had money to chuck at it then fine. But my S7E is suiting me just fine and there a couple things I do dislike about the S8 as well. I don't like having a button for Bixby, or the fingerprint sensor at the rear. I do kind if prefer having a hard home...

I've always used stock messaging app. I've tried multiple third party ones but they never seem to appeal to me

Try doing it with the stock Gallery app as the default picture app. Perhaps there's something with Nougat+Gallery ICS happening

Put my foot in my mouth after that post. So we've noticed that email led notification isn't working on the gf's phone, UNLESS the notification volume is turned up (so weird). Also, for Snapchat notifications the led is blinking, but instead of the usual yellow, it's like the yellow and red...

My edge lighting still works, also on my fiancè's phone. However it doesn't have different colors, all contacts light up as orange now

Lol "recommendations" Just don't click enable. It doesn't want anything to do it, you don't give your phone "10p" lol it's rating the device maintenance out of 100 and it's saying if you enable that option it bumps your rating up by 10.

I would assume so. The point of AOD is so you can see the time, calender, pictures, whatever you choose, but only the required pixels are lit. More pixels lit - more battery used.

I might be mistaken but doesn't quick charging stop after 50% charge? After that it's normal charge speed, is it not? Also I have owned Samsung phones since I had my first phone, with the exception of one blackberry, and I don't go a night without charging my phone. Then I charge on my commute...
