S7 issues since update please help

[AC Question]

Thank you for helping.
My s7 edge said it needed to update 2 days ago and it was a big one. It changed the interface and menu and configurations. Now many of my daily apps don't work correctly and the battery life is much worse as is the internet speed.

Also my samsung settings device management wants .10p to scan??? Wtf is that!?

Is there any way to roll back or fix these issues?

I only managed to fix these issues when I made a factory reset.

Sometimes the apps have to catch up / Update.

Try clearing the system cache first before a Factory Reset.

How do I clear cache? I've run device managent.

After you've run device management and system clean it says .10p to run virus checker.

If that's the case in disgusted that Samsung are charging ...i can't even imagine how paying to use settings is ok.

Just don't click enable. It doesn't want anything to do it, you don't give your phone "10p" lol it's rating the device maintenance out of 100 and it's saying if you enable that option it bumps your rating up by 10.

I concur with @Daniel Barrett

Personally I choose not to turn it on as imo it's a resources draw and not required.

This is why I asked you to show us what you were seeing. A screenshot says it all.

I had these issues when I updated to Nougat as well. Wiping the cache didn't fix the problem for me and I sadly had to do a factory reset. But now things are good, so it was worth it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you for the help. Haha 10p means 10 points lol that's messed up. I'd feel daft if it didn't clearly look like that.
