curious, has your phone been updated to the new One UI? I have a T-Mobile LTE Galaxy watch and haven't gotten any of the updates. sorry for the off topic question, but I'm frustrated with no updates and can't figure out why.

from what I understand it has a new visual look and similar features. I would love to get it to find out how different it is. I don't know if my watch is defective and cannot receive updates

aokusman1 did you have the LTE turned on? wondering if I need to have that activated to get the update

I've had the watch since launch and bought it for half price from a guy on Craigslist. brand new, unopened. so swapping it out is not likely. not sure if it is a T-Mobile issue where they haven't released the updates yet.

So I still have not got the one UI update. I have the LTE version through T-Mobile but just using the watch with Bluetooth. I keep checking daily and still on the old software. Tried resetting the watch, deleting gear app from my phone and still no luck. Anyone with any words of wisdom to help...

I have had this same problem done I got the phone at launch. at this time I'm just used to getting 8-10 random buzzes a day

same here. took 2 calls and they got it up and running. they said it was because my unlocked note 8 was blocking it from the account and they had to manually add it from their end on the Verizon note 9

It does up as able to opt in, but then says cannot add me at this time, try again later. Been trying since last night. Have pixel2 xl on Verizon

still can't join the beta... hope they let me join soon

my phone does this as well. it is random, maybe once a day or twice sometimes. no notification pops up, just a small vibrate. it does when the phone is just sitting on the table. I have never figured out why
