Second update: the computer cannot recognize the phone when it's plugged in, but it acknowledges that it's plugged in. Posted via the Android Central App

Update: my phone will charge from the port on my laptop. When I plug the cable back into the wall outlet, it does not charge. I think it may be software related now. Posted via the Android Central App
