    1. did you try to factory reset your phone? 2. see if you can buy warranty from samsung dot com - it will cover your front screen(2 times), but you have to read their terms about back cover it may cover this too. it will be cheaper than 433 euros, around 230...

    So I Finally Broke Down...

    "those edges are NOTHING to worry about", I had my s7 edge for 4 month. It felt down from 1 foot couple weeks ago - front screen shattered. I was lucky I had a warranty. They sent me a check for the full price. Its better to get Wallet case for edge phones - lesson learned

    My samsung Note 7 has frozen with the starting screen after few hours of use.

    In my S7 edge you have to press 3 buttons simultaniosly (Power+VolumeDown+Home) and hold it for 5-10sec. It supposed to reboot your phone. No need to wait. Try it.

    did you try to uninstall and install youtube first? I have 3 s3 phones and I have no problem.
