A mixture of this plus deleting all the data from Google play services did indeed sort the issue. I now have both Google pay and Samsung pay active on my Note 9. Worth pointing out that (in UK at least) there are some card issuers that are with both, some with Samsung only, some with G pay...

I have the same issue of weight from the Yunmai premium not appearing in Samsung health on my note 9. I believe I have followed all the steps correctly.

As of yesterday evening (24th Nov 2018) my P10 phone received the oreo update and my P9 phone also received its emui 5.0 update. Both devices were bought new, sim-free, at full price. Also yesterday I ordered a Note 9 for my use (and will reallocate the others within the family).

I have a P10 (and also a P9) neither of which has received the update as of yet. Both unlocked devices in UK.

I've fixed it! Issue was "lock screen cleanup" whereby certain apps were to close when screen locked.
