I thought it was happening to my Note 20 Ultra, I'd be using the phone, and the screen would just shut off, but would immediately come back on. When Tmobile offered 1000.00 trade, it was a done deal, I let it go before the screen didn't come back on

I guess I'm just paranode, I'm rocking the Otterbox Defender Pro, walking up a customers driveway today, and looked back phone on the ground, OMG. Got a Spigen Ultra Hybrid clear case, but I'm gonna live in the Otterbox for a while

I loved Note 10 also, until the day I laid it on the truck of the car, in my garage, got in the car, and drove to work never to be seen again. Used the find my android, but no luck

Mine does the same, dis it on my Note 20 Ultra also, always thought it was kinda weird

Dropped mine, but it has a Otterbox Defender Pro, so not a scratch

Maybe a separate Google account, with different user information, and log into the other account
