I am having the battery drain issues as well. Lost 25% in 3 hours...in the 2+ years I have owed the watch I never had this happen.

Okay, this is weird but...for me anyway the FPS SEEMS to be working a lot better now. I had thought though that the FPS update was previously pushed out by Samsung when the phone was released.

Had same issue...turn off "night Mode" in the pull down settings. Its on the second screen.

Yes, the one that Samsung provided. Last night I redid the thumb print and it worked probably 90% of the time in my tests. Then, today...not so good again! Very strange for sure!

I agree...have tried all the tips and it is 50% at best!

That seems as if it works for me as well! Thanks so much. I love these Samsung phones because of all the settings, but sometimes one setting can work against others! As opposed to the iPhone where there are vitually no custom settings!

Question: First time ordering through Samsung.com. Usually have Best Buy activate and copy from old phone to new. What is the process of copying and then, activating the phone number (transferring phone number on Verizon.)?

I saw on my preorder that the ear buds will be shipped the same time as the phone. I thought you had to request them after you got your phone thru the Samsung app. Or, is the request only if you ordered from a non-Samsung store? If thru Samsung, they come with the phone? That would be great...

Everything was fine with Gear app connecting to my Grear 3, until today. The app won’t even open now. Tried uninstalling and installing, etc. Nothing works. My watch is now in stand alone mode. Any one else have this issue?

When I got the gear 3 last Christmas the step count was within a few hundred steps of the shealth on my Samsung phone. For the last several months it has been off by 20 to 30%. The watch is under reporting the steps. I kept the phone in my pocket when excersing and swing the arm that I have...

Same problem with the Gear Frontier. Just stopped working months ago. One would think they would have fixed this by now

My Gear 3 syncs just fine with it. Gear gives MyFitnessPal the steps and MyFitnessPalpal gives the Gear the calories.
