The FPS scanner sucks so bad that I'm tempted to throw the damn phone out the window sometimes. What a POS.

Some times it works, most of the time it doesn't.

I have zero problems whatsoever.. Try using the reader sideways. Your finger doesn't have to be upright.... I think most with problems are using a gimpy screen protector or are over thinking it.

Anything is possible. Funny how some days it works perfect and some days it doesn't.

So far mine has worked great ever day... take it back and warranty exchange it... get another unit to see if it is a hardware issue.

Yes, the one that Samsung provided. Last night I redid the thumb print and it worked probably 90% of the time in my tests. Then, today...not so good again! Very strange for sure!

I finally removed the screen protector that came with the phone and holy smokes what a difference with the fps. Works great and faster.

Strange it work then all of sudden stop, usually you would have hard time right off the bat ..
