it sounds like you have a Chinese market version of the phone. my understanding is any phones made for the Chinese market will not support Google services. search how to get Google Play on China only phones for tutorials on how to get it.

if you're using the Google calendar app, click on the 3 bars on the upper left hand corner scroll down and see if "holidays" is checked.

try an app called IFTTT ( short for if this then that).

go to your phone settings, look for lock screen or security and check to see if you have it set to have it on. you shouldn't need to use Norton defender to turn lock screen off.

well...on the screenshot one says "inbox" and the other says your email address. maybe you have your Gmail linked to another email app or maybe inbox wasn't successfully uninstalled.

are you backing up your videos/pictures to a cloud? if so, maybe you have it set so it deletes them locally to save space once it's been uploaded to a cloud?

This phone is aging really well. i had to Port the pixel camera but other than that, updates have been quick and consistent, and the design and craftsmanship is holding up really well. picked one up on a Black Friday sale as a backup phone on a impulse. it's since become my daily driver.
