My Samsung phone from Fido is constantly receiving the amber alert today over 15 times now. Loud sounds and text message are coming every 10 - 20 minutes. I called Fido 4 times, I turned off the volume, muted my phone, put do not disturb on, changed my settings for alerts and turn all of them to off. I rebooted by turning my phone off and then on again, did a restart. I called Fido again and got a network setting reset and nothing works, That amber alert that was cancelled 2 hours ago keeps coming. The CRTC is insisting we cannot opt out, this is crazy. Please help!
