It seems that your device is not supported for VoLTE feature under Verizon network. I would recommend to contact Verizon as well to check if your device model is support for Voice over LTE.

The icon tells you that the "Speakerphone" is enabled. Most of Android device has an option to increase the call volume or put your call to speaker mode. Try to check your call settings.

For OnePlus 5, I would recommend to enable aggressive Doze Mode under Developers Options. If this feature is not enabled, feel free to go to settings > about phone > tap the build number 7 - 10x. Once it is enabled go back to settings > developers options > Enable Doze Mode.

I believe its just an advertisements from the site. I would recommend to clear the data and cache on your chrome application. Go to settings > app manager or applications > click chrome application > tap clear data and cache.

Check your APN settings, mobile data should be enabled as well. Does it shows 4G / LTE / 3G if you enabled your mobile data?
If the issue still persist, hard reset or factory reset will do.
You should add your Gmail Account first before using Google Play to add Gmail account. Go to settings > Accounts > Then Add your Gmail account . Once done, you can download applications via Google Play by then.
I believe these are pre installed apps or system applications. Pre installed apps, try to install CC cleaner from Google Play to uninstall those.
PS: Careful uninstalling system applications, might affect device performance.

Try to clear the data and cache of your messaging application, it should be under settings > application manager > from there select the messaging application that you are currently using. Once the data and cache is cleared reboot your device.

Based on the image, network settings is on Automatic that case your network connection will switch automatically from LTE and 3G automatically. From what I've checked, in order to change network connection for Sprint devices, a reboot is needed to take effect.

I'll go for OnePlus 5, it has advance features and updated hardware and specs price is affordable unlike other brands. If you want to customize your OS builds, you can do it using OnePlus. Rooting is not a problem it will not void your manufacturers warranty.
