Non-issue with my trade in to Verizon thru Samsung. The phone was definitely damaged too. I asked Verizon before shipping and they said they still take it. It went to Samsung and then Verizon. Maybe some if the issues are if you have an unlocked phone. Sent from my SM-S918U using Tapatalk
