Trade In Thread

I checked the trade in deals on Verizon and if I trade in my Pixel 7 Pro for an iPhone 14 Pro max, they'll give me $1000 for it. Whereas for the S23 ultra it's $800. The only way I'm interested in trading in my Pixel is if the screen dies on it again. I still owe $220 on it. My Galaxy watch 5 wouldn't work with the iPhone, so I would be less likely to go that route.

Yep. I even advised them I had video (which I always take), of me showing the condition of the phone as well as boxing it up and me walking into FedEx

Same. Chat was very nice about it and didn't ask to see the video. Just annoying to go through the process.

Verizon no longer is accepting Google phones as a trade in for the S23 ultra and they dropped the trade in value from $1000 to $800 when you trade in for an iPhone.

I just got a text saying my trade in is due in 3 days I just got the phone a week ago on Wednesday I believe. Isn't it like 14 days from the day you actually receive it?

Just get the tracking number live. You're probably getting close to 14 days. I know I'm at day 10

Well my phone's all ready to go and reset I took pictures and video of it turning on so I guess I'll go by FedEx tomorrow before work. I told my husband that there rejecting a lot of people that's just crazy

I just got notification that T-Mobile has accepted my trade and processed everything fine. No issues at all.

This reminds me of the time I had to send in my Buds Pro for warranty service (the left bud no longer accepted touch controls).

I had my Buds Case inside a Case for extra protection. The issue was, the case I was using at the time I had a hard time telling which side was the front, so I used a Silver Sharpie Marker to make a mark on the case, and it marked the original case as well.

I did not see this and they sent it back to me as "out of warranty due to external damage". The pictures they sent back with it pointed to the silver Sharpie Mark.

I called them back, gave them a piece of my mind on how stupid they were, licked my thumb and rubbed the mark off and sent it back and they repaired it.

If the phone is cracked does Verizon still trade it in? How much would be taken off?

My email said to send to Verizon. I wonder why? If I bought it from Samsung. Is yours unlocked?

I know his is unlocked.

I bought one from Verizon and unlocked. Verizon usually handles the trade in for the Verizon phones.
