Apple devices don't support bluetooth sharing for some reason (still). Try a third party file sharing app available for iOS and Android.

That's not a problem with your device. It's a problem with the router. Try a reset on that.

Have you installed any APKs (apps from unknown sources)? Sounds like malware to me.

Yeah, that's a good idea. The S7s are great, and they're also water resistant (IP68).

What router make do you have (not the internet provider), and is is 2.4GHz or 5GHz?

I'd suggest reading the app description in the store you got it from.

I think it would be pretty hard to find a smartphone with 4GB of ram for under $200 though.
