acer iconia one 10 wifi connetion problem

Hello,
My Acer Iconia one 10's tablet can't connect to the wifi. It's been a long time since I haven't used it and I reset the tablet but it's still won't connect to any connections. I tried with my house's wifi, my phone's connection sharing, everything. When I enter the password, it saved it but no connections. No internet.
What should I do? Please help me

What router make do you have (not the internet provider), and is is 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
