Its easy just to to settings -> device care -> battery -> app power management -> deep sleeping apps, then add the apps you don't use and thats it!

I've been averaging about 7.5 to 8 hours screen time daily and I love it! What I did was turn off 5G and put all my apps I don't use in deep sleep mode from settings. Once I did that I noticed an immediate difference

Yeah I turned mine off too. It's a noticeable battery drainer. As long as I have the option to change it anytime then I'm good lol 60hz is completely fine. I'm getting 8hr screen time with it off and I'm happy. I'll turn it back on once they make it more stable.

Animations definitely affect battery because it uses slightly more CPU to do, and imagine having animations on everything you press. If you want to completely turn animations off (which will save more battery), turn on developer options.

Settings -> Advanced Features -> Reduce Animations
