Can confirm (set mine up last night). Gold faces out for both SIM and SD card. They kind of snap in place, it shouldn't require too much force. The tray is shaped to fit, just match up the shapes like a puzzle. When you put the tray back in it's snug, but again shouldn't requite too much force.

I've owned a few different Samsung phones and somewhere along the way the settings menus became very convoluted. I've always preferred browse to search; I want to see all the choices and not miss anything. UI design in general has been going in the opposite direction for years though. tl;dr...

First, this isn't about the "always on" feature. Second, I did search the forums but couldn't find what I was looking for. When I charge my phone, the screen is happily in the "always on" state, which is fine. Then when it's finished charging, the screen comes on "for real" and stays that...

Thanks for the reply, I stumbled upon the answer in another thread. I had a little card (AT&T US) that came with my Gear VR and it makes no mention of this; it says to make an occulus account, which I did on my PC, and then open the oculus app, which was nowhere to be found.

Giving this a bump, would like to know if there's a fix or work-around too.

Mine had been bouncing between awful and awesome and I wasn't been able to figure out why. It seems like it's better lately so maybe it was doing something the first several days. I would say that anyone getting the phone new should give it an amnesty period of a couple of weeks on battery life.

I pretty much agree... someone else posted about the little apps that appear when you open a new tab. It would be nice if this was customizable, but I often click on the google when to perform a search. It feels fast.

I equate built-in speakers on TVs or monitors. You can basically hear what's going on, but if you want any kind of dynamics or sound quality you're going to need headphones or external speakers.
