Change video quality

Hi,
When taking videos with Moto E 2015 version, is the only setting available 720p? I shot a 1 1/2 minute video yesterday that was 99MB mp4 file.
I would like a reasonably sized file, < 10 MB or so!

What can I do, if anything?

Might want to use a different camera app.

Motorola Camera app doesn't give many options.

Thanks, I have installed Open Camera v1.27 and that looks to have a lot of options.
