Will Global version work fine with H2O?

I was planning on buying the new moto g but can't find the US version anywhere. The global version is available and from the research I have done it appears that it will work fine on H20. Sounds like the US version was basically made to be able to be used on T mobile. Anyone know for sure who use a global version on H2O?

US Compatibility: All GSM networks including AT&T and (2G) T-Mobile.

Global GSM Model:
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz)

US GSM Model:
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 1700 (AWS), 1900 MHz)

Global should work fine on AT&T towers but not T-Mobile
