Bluetooth Issue

Hello guys! I have moto G 4th generation mobile phone. Last night I was checking Bluetooth device in my phone. When I enable the Bluetooth button, it shows your Bluetooth device is on. But it seems disabled. I don’t know what happened. Anyone who know about this issue, please share your views.

I moved this from the Moto X4 forum to the Moto G4 forum.

Why do you think Bluetooth is disabled? Which Bluetooth button are you using to enable it? If you go to Settings>Bluetooth​, is the toggle switch on there?
