Exchange Motomaker designed Moto X for another design?

I've had my motomaker designed moto x for 10 days and realize that I hate the design I created. I think I can exchange it for a new design. Has anyone done this? If so, do you get a new phone or refurbished?

Yes, I contacted them by chat and then phone and they were extremely courteous and helpful. I gave them a credit card for advance replacement and they emailed me a motomaker code to create another one and then emailed a FedEx return mailing label and it all happened in about 3 days, no questions asked And the phone was brand new in the box with charger etc, created by me.

It was the Royal Blue back and White front with silver accents. The back was nice but the white looked bland. It started to look like a sad ice cream sandwich.

That's exactly what I have except yellow accents, and I'm very happy with it. But of course everyone has their own tastes.
