I keep getting a notification that is a message bubble with an exclamation point in it that says, message not sent, touch to review message and try again. Problem is that it isn't for a message. It comes up at random times and is never linked to a real message. I've tried restarting my phone but it is still there. I use the messaging app that came with the phone.
