WiFi turning on

For some reason my Wi-Fi keeps turning on every time I turn on my screen. Any thoughts on this?

Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu, then Advanced. Is Scanning Always Available checked on? If so, turn it off, and see if that helps.

No. Just whatever it's built in.
