My brand new Moto X I got yesterday won't stop rebooting

I received my phone yesterday. I noticed it would restart randomly when it was plugged into the charger. Now it's just constantly restarting. It will load the main screen but after about 30 seconds it freezes and reboots again. Any suggestions besides just replacing it?

Try a factory reset if that doesn't fix it then I would definitely get it replaced. Also when setting it up after the factory reset you might install only a few applications at a time to see if one might be causing the issue... Definitely not normal as mine has an up time of 300 hours right now.
