Incoming Google Voice Call To Hangouts

I receive calls to my Google Voice Number in Hangouts (I only have a Data Plan/No Cellular Voice Plan). When an incoming call comes in, it uses the default Hangouts Ringer (which I don't like). However, I can't find anywhere to set the ringtone for Incoming Google Voice Calls ringing in Hangouts. Any ideas?

If I recall, it is the ringtone also used for video calls. If you change the hangout video call tone, it changes the Google Voice town.

You cannot change the ringtone for incoming phone calls, just video calls. This has been a missing feature in Hangouts ever since they came out with the dialer. Most thought it would be fixed in 4.0, but I guess not. Send them feedback. Maybe in 5.0? LOL!
